Sample Preparation

Dilute plasma sample to 1:1 with diluent buffer. If samples require further dilutions, dilute the samples using Diluent Buffer. For optimum results, use only Human Plasma with Na EDTA. It is highly recommended that normal plasma samples be used in comparison with patient plasma samples to establish a baseline value. This kit was specifically designed for use with Human, Rat, and Mouse Plasma with Na EDTA. Using a different anticoagulant may give unexpected results and will not be guaranteed.
