This fluorescent labeled antibody was purified from whole serum via Protein A affinity columns, and lyophilized in 100 µl PBS (137 mM NCI, 2.7 mM KCI, 4.3 mM Na2HPO4, 1.4 mM KH2PO4, pH 7.5). The HPLC purified standard peptide, Growth Hormone Secretagogue Receptor type 1b (245-289) (Human) was detected by this rhodamine labeled IgG (1:500 i.e. 2 µl/ml) using FLx800 Microplate Fluorescence Reader (BIO-TEK INSTRUMENTS, INC) at wavelengths of 560/20 nm (excitation) and 620/40 nm (emission). We recommend that each laboratory determines an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system. Do not refreeze any unused portions.
