The HPLC purified standard peptide, [Cys0]-Extracellular Superoxide Dismutase (EC SOD) (33-54) (Mouse) can be detected with this IgG (1:6400, 0.156µg/ml) in ELISA. We recommend that each laboratory determines an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
