This IgG was purified from whole serum by Protein A affinity column. The HPLC purified standard peptide, Growth Hormone Secretagogue Receptor (GHS-R) 1B, (245-289) (Human) can be detected with this biotin labeled IgG (1:1600) in ELISA. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
